Agree with a few above on the shutter delete deal. Most of the other windows won't be able to wear full size shutters anyway.
Your house looks great and has a lot of architecture that looks great stand-alone.

Look at Sherwin Williams “Iron Ore”. It’s almost black. We are painting our similar shutters in this color.
