Lest we forget today was a monumental day in history, D Day. Thousands of young men gave their lives in the fight to overcome tyranny and hate that killed millions across the globe. There are few veterans of WW2 left in this country and we owe them a debt we cannot ever repay.
To all those who gave the ultimate sacrifce and those we fought for our freedom we thank you.

It is probably a good thing that most WWII vets are gone, and I say that in the saddest terms possible. They fought and sacrificed everything so we could have a great country, and look what it is turning into. I'm glad that my Step Father (a WWII vet) and my Father who died when I was a kid (a Korean vet) are not around to see what America has become. Too many takers in this country....

I'll contend the shitheads are getting the majority of face time. There's plenty of good folks around. Even here in L-A, I've met some very smart people. And before someone tries to point out background, I can say the folks are from all backgrounds and from all over this large city. These folks are for The Rule of Law and many other ideas that make America great. What's happening is the good voices are not being heard for whatever reasons.
