Default Daughter's summer car project has begun.
We just paid $600 cash for this beauty today. 1996 with only 96K on it. Brand new tires, brand new top, pristine interior. We are also buying a pristine '94 body (also red), which we'll take title to this evening. It's her plan to move the drivetrain to the other body and take the best of either car to build 1 great car. From there we'll sell off what we don't need.

Both cars have brand new tops, and perfect interiors. We'll keep whichever is better. The body we're picking up tonight should run us $800. She's going to chronicle the entire thing and put it on the web.

Front end damage is very minor, and other than the radiator, the engine is not hit at all. No rubs.

Not trying to take anything away from Geraghty Anne's project but here is one that has been a complete body off restoration and modification by another young lady. She is rebuilding a Fiero and simultaneously installing a 3.4 Liter V-6 in it.

She started when she was 12-years old and is just about through.

I just passed up a 78 vette today for$500,it needed a motor and paint to be drive able,I know I'm going to regret it but we live in a fo fo neighborhood and bringing that home would bring on the Nazi's.

NA Miata, looks like my wife's old '91, hers was an automatic that shifted like I WISH the 200 4r in my '72 vette did....kits or no.....but other than that the car is I FREEKING dentical......

but Linda wanted to sell it, and so it's now a '96 silverado work truck....
