I'll have to stick with the red without wing. The Countach I rode in was an '86 model, red, with no wing.

Here you go, '86 QV in Red, sans wing... a rare beast on these shores. By the 80's the wing was near omnipresent on US Countach. Even today, they sometimes sprout wings when it's time to sell one on...




I prefer the '78/'79/'80 lowbody cars...

The interior was black not tan but that's it otherwise. F**king stunning. That was a bucket list item several decades before I heard the phrase "bucket list."

Those things are good for a 14-ish 1/4 mile when there is a tailwind- same with some of the Ferrari's from that era- blah...

The Countach was good for a real world 175mph in 1974. It isn't always about the first 1340 feet.

True, but then again, in the same era, a 13 second 1/4 mile was blazing quick, and 12 second 1/4 mile times were rarely seen from production cars.
