Wow that sucks! What, you couldn't stop after ONE!

My buddy lost his when he crashed his bike and the clutch handle cut the one finger he used to dangle over the lever. It didn't reattach well and he lost it, but that was years ago and I'm sure they have better methods now.
Heal fast night rider.

I wish you a full and speedy recovery.
By some miracle I still have all my fingers and toes. It not like I haven't tried to lose them though. One time I was using a table saw when it was very cold outside. I decided to put on some leather work gloves. Luckily I happened to notice that my finger had gotten about 1/8" from the blade and moved it away in time.

OP, I hope you gain full use of your fingers. Feeling pain from the nerves moving is a good sign.

Huh? I'm gonna joke about it.

With all them bandages you don't gotta sweat to anymore, right?

Did you think of having fricken lasers installed, I'm mean they were in there anyway.

When the bandages come off will you have full sensation or will it always be like you are giving yourself a 'stranger'?

Did you worry the doctor ****ed up th order of the fingers when he put them back on?

Ok, I think that's it for now. Hope you have a speedy recovery. And just think, it could have been your **** and not a couple digits.

Lord knows I have whittled down/burned/cut just about every finger I have, pretty damn bad, but never anything like what you're going through.

Prayers and well wishes for a great recovery.

Damn man, glad you're alive and healing. The pain is gonna be rough for a bit, meds or not. I remember when my Uncle got his finger cut off by a garage door spring that broke. (Warehouse loading door)
He got it reattached and it's about 90% back to normal other than being slightly misaligned.

.
Dude at work put his hand under a RUNNING lawn mower to clean out a clogged grass shoot. Mangled the tips of three fingers so bad, they could not be saved.
With his hand in a upright position, he now has a built in level. (True story- happened this past wednesday).

Now, on a serious note:
My Mom severed an index finger between the top and middled knuckle on a steel stamping machine about 35 years ago. It was sewn back on. All I recall is how much she suffered pain-wise for a few weeks. She eventually returned to work, but that finger never recovered it's bending ability at the middle knuckle.
Medical advances have improved vastly since them, so I hope the best for your recovery.
Tough road ahead for you Chuck, hope you manage through it OK.
