filter is 20x20x1. I find them everywhere.

Why it's there, I have no clue. House was built in late 70's.

Flooring is one of the last items to install… but I’ve rolled out the red paper to protect it many times!

pretty much everything was renovated in the house to inlude all the wiring, the panel, and the plumbing. drywall was replaced, all appliances, and AC, too.

What I want to do is put an island in the kitchen with an electric range or griddle (like at the japanese choppa choppa ting ting places) with room to sit around it and storage underneath then redo the kitchen floors. cabinets are fine except the idiot handy man put all the handles in the center of the doors I've had too much going on to fix that for now.

I have four Mandolins up on my wall with a 10 x 5 Mural painted by my neighbor who's an artist on the other wall of my living room, of five bluegrass players playing next to a river at night with mountains and a forest behind them. Took him 2 weeks to paint it. If i ever sell my house the new people with probably paint right over it. Five grand disappearing with a few strokes of a roller.

it matches the air handler unit unit in the garage even though that's only 9 months old

wait, location of the handler answers why the return is located in the ceiling. it' goes straight back to the unit in the garage.
