think it is easy to mod cars. I think U-Tube and TV reality shows have something to do with it. I have thrown a wrench in frustration many times. But, the job always gets done, when I cool down. Thank you, thank you for the age compliment. Like you I talked shop with Ronnie. My big question "Why did you drill holes in each header pipe" His answer to check ,combustion in the cylinder. I said OK. That trick never caught on. Both Ronnie and Buddy were stand up guys. Ronnie could really shift a 4 speed. I think your injector is too much for a non cammed, non blown engine. Me with what you have told me I would leave stock--28 plus size. It sounds like you have plenty of experience with cars. Thats a good thing and most dont have it. I am sure I cant tell you what you all ready know. Dont throw too many wrench's. |

Thank you for understanding what I was trying to get at. I may take your tip on injectors, makes sense to me, like jets in a holley four barrel. The team I was part of was "Wilson & Pollack" and we ran a pair of 1963 Dodge Darts with a factory 383's with dual quads. The cars could cut into high 11's. Boy it feels good to get back into it a little. Thank you again my friend.
