The only damn way to "fix" health care is to have the individual be responsible for the first 10K in expenses, no matter what.

Then the sheeple would start actually shopping for price and wouldn't go to the ER every time they had a gas cramp.
Doctors would actually have to give you a bill you could read (oh, the horror!)
and ridiculous crap like Aflac would disappear.

Health insurance is not a divine right, nor is it guaranteed under the Constitution.
