I have a building full of people and just had to take a 3 day break because someone tested positive.

I get the impacts but a room full of civi's is different than a room full of Soldiers.

The whole crew cracked up and he never tried that again at that job site.

I had a similar situation when I was about 23/24 years old. I was walking down a hallway and going back to the quality department, when my boss came the other direction and grabbed me by the shirt collar.

He got in my face and rattled off all kinds of words which I was not paying attention to. I was surprised he did this considering I was a pretty buff dude back in the day (aka another jr. flex - 6'1" and 210 lbs.). After he was finished yelling, I told him to go ahead and throw the first punch. Just then all the departments came out from the hallway and yelled, "Charlie kick his ass". He backed down and let me go. I then told him that if he ever touched me again, he would have to be carted off to the hospital. He never yelled at me again.

The guy was a dick. Since he could not pick on me, he started to pick on a gal in the front office, always making her cry. I talked to her and told her to tell him to **** off, but she said she could not do that and was afraid of any conflict. A few weeks later, I left that company as I had enough.
