It is difficult to escape this feeling that, piece by piece, brick by brick, my life is being dismantled.
I apparently live on a bell curve, start out naked and cold with nothing, peak in the middle, and end up naked, cold, and with nothing.

EDIT: I wish I had known when I was at the peak...I might have taken more time to bask in it.

I used to say jokingly that I would only marry a mail order bride. I should have stuck with the joke. The pisser still, is that I didn't want to get married. I finally broke down and this is my reward. I had my own house that would be PAID OFF in 25 DAYS had I stayed where I was.

Pretty close to the same. Mine would have been paid off in 5 more years. Now I have to sell and split half of something I have made every payment on.
