Which would you prefer

I am setting up a brunch for about 25 people while on vacation in the keys. Chef will come to my house and prepare everything fresh, no frozen crap.
I am currently stuck between two choices for a main course, everything else is easy. I will use the choice from ya'll as my go to.

I don't. The only place I ever had one was at DJ's clam shack in key west.
