Turns out defense didn't cost me in the end. Jeff would have still pulled off a narrow ~1 point win even if I started the Pats. Brees and Thomas crushed it.

my last hope is 2 fold: great Pittsburgh defense (shut out and some turnovers would be nice), and career day for Harry (pats) catching balls in a few minutes. otherwise, i think i'm toast and you'll win this year. congrats.

my only hope with your team is that the Saints take a powder, sit Brees, or go all running game, and that KC gets into a scoring fest with the Bears, thus messing up your defense plan. we'll know later today. right now, it doesn't look good for me.

Thanks guys.
It all seems to come down to the easyness of the schedule in the playoff weeks.
I started out 0-6 and thought that I was dunzo.
I stuck with my key players, grabbed a few more along the way, and was LUCKY enough to have a light schedule at the end.
What a ride !!
