I'm pretty cool with most of them, after you add the amount of cheese and stuff you want....garlic, oregano, etc. I've started using a little fire also, either Frank's Hot sauce, or for a smokey flavor, a good sprinkle of chipotle sauce. BUT, I find that fresh middle-east pita breads make excellent thin crusts, and Greek pita (a little thicker) is very close to regular crust. And you can get it in whole wheat, which is a must for me with sugar level problems. Bon Appetite! Chuckle.....

Frozen pizza crust can remind you of cardboard so I experimented and came up with this method:
Broil the pizza until the toppings are cooked to your desire. Then, take pizza or slices (depending the size of the frying pan you have) and fry the crust in a small/liberal dose of olive oil + garlic powder. Cover this while frying. The crust will be airy and crispy and the toppings will be unharmed. It's VERY good!

You can re-heat any pizza slices the same frying pan way.

Pizza is easy to make, most of your "upper end" markets or italian bakeries sell the dough, you just have to roll it out, or if you are talented and brave enough toss (make sure if you do, you have someone with a video camera ready) and add your toppings.

I LOVE experimenting with new flavors of pizza...fiesta chicken pizza, hamburger & hotdog pizza, bbq pizza, lasagna pizza, loaded baked potato pizza, buffolo chicken pizza, roast beef sandwich pizza....just be creative. Just remember, sauce does not always have to be pizza sauce...
