THREE SIMPLE STEPS TO FIX FLORIDA HO INS COVERAGES / RATES:

1) prosecute fraud, and sue the fraudsters
2) no more replacement value, use remaining life value, if your roof is 20 year old you get 10 years / 33% insurance check---when you crash and total your 2015 camry you do not get a check for a 2024 camry
3) eliminate attorneys and public adjustors, all policies should state resolution through mediation, very hard to sue a mortgage company as Standard Mortgage Clause states mediation is first action for disputes

This will fix it, and increase deductibles.

I can fix all things, just ask.

The HO INS problem in FLORIDA crosses many demographics.
I know of many that make very good money in life screw their HO INS Company, with no guilt or remorse.

I have owned homes and commercial property for over 30 years.
I have always kept my properties in great shape, able to withstand storms and other incidents.
I have never filed a claim, and never will, unless I suffer a catastrophic loss.

The problem, in all states, for any type of insurance fraud, is there is almost no prosecution,,, fraudsters know this, thus their behavior is undeterred.

Not true at all. What he did do was sign a bill into effect that banned TikTok from being accessed by any and all government resources which includes computers used in the education system and ones they issue to students.

I see alerts for each computer and user account that tries to view tiktok videos weather through the site, FB, or YT (code for TT is encoded in all of them anyway).
