Probably two years ago? I'm not good with time estimates, but there was a wave of visitors from CFOT, that were here complaining about the mods there and got time off there for it.

One mod still locks old threads...but that rule has been off the books for a long time.
I don't start many threads, and a couple times I have bumped my old thread with an update...and it gets locked.
