Hey, I got meat marinating since yesterday in middle eastern spices.
Needed only 2 to 6 hours.
Been 24 hours.

Making Mediterranean chicken wrapped in Laffa bread with homemade tahini and Israeli salad.


I have no idea what happening.

Tahini is garlic,salt, tahini paste lemon a water mixed together or I just bought seasoned tahini ready made.

Lafayette bread is just a Israeli type of pits bread.

Mixing it all together with Jewish Kishka in the laffa.

Sounds like you mean hummus. That’s something different entirely. Tahini is a shit ton of mashed sesame seeds. Not sure how to do that at home or where to get that much sesame seed.

The salad you describe sounds like fattoush. Love that shit!
