At the beginning of Covid, they got a rescue dog. Big thing, kind of a lab cross something. Nice and lean. I only saw it once a few weeks after when it kind of ran away one hot fkn July afternoon.

They called my wife asking for help and I didn't feel like it. Feeling bad about it and I was on my way home from work, I screw i and off I went. They had been looking all damn day and I found the dog a couple minutes after I started because they were looking local and I went way off.

Nice looking dog. She sent my wife a pic the other day. Looks like a fat white seal with legs. Not even the same dog. He gets no exercise and just eats all day.

Now for holidays and birthdays, the lady will bring something she cooked or baked over to our house. We use to return the favor because judging from past comments, she will throw anything home cooked from someone in the garbage, so my wife will not make the effort.

Last summer and again a couple months ago, her husband (who is not disabled at all) had hernia surgery and again when it didn't take. He also had a eye surgery thing. Each time she waited out in the car (FJ) Seats lined with a plastic tarp for when he came out and then they threw it away when they got home.

Her mom is still alive but dad passed a couple years ago up in Colorado. What a family mess because of her covid protocols. Basically she went but did not associate with any family or friends and went to the funeral home for her own private viewing. The showed up at the cemetery after everyone left.

You know those free Covid test that the gov sends out, she has a respectable supply of them and if either one so much as sneezes....

Thing is, she was never even remotely this way prior to Covid. Since then, she and her husband are pissing their lives away.

Terrible waste and I feel sorry for the pup. He doesn’t get a choice.

I’m with you on not wanting to coming back. I see the badly handicapped and wonder if they had a choice coming here with those disabilities? Like maybe some type of learning experience for humanity? Same with being born in a nation under tyrannical rule, etc.

I’ve either been really blessed or insanely lucky, to have been born healthy and in the U.S. when I was. If it’s luck, I hope I don’t have to roll the dice again.

In the past 20 years, I've learned that unless the college graduate got a real degree, like in medicine, engineering, etc.---that they likely had gone to college out of fear of growing up and being on their own. I would say 75% of the college graduates I meet lack basic common sense and survival skills, as well as a basic understanding of economics and how the world actually works. If I were hiring, I would deduct points for any college degree that was BS. Which most seem to be.

Someone actually bought a bunch of Bibles and a trailer just to set them on fire outside a church. What must it feel like to have that much hate?

The Wilson County Sheriff's Office said deputies responded to a fire at Old Lebanon Dirt Road and Chandler Road around 6 a.m. Sunday. Mt. Juliet Fire Department crews quickly contained and extinguished the trailer fire.

The trailer, containing Bibles, had been dropped off in the middle of the intersection near Global Vision Bible Church and then was intentionally set on fire, according to police.

The charismatic Baptist church's pastor, Greg Locke, is outspoken about his conservative political beliefs and has been featured by conservative outlets like The Blaze.

No other details were immediately released.

Anyone with additional information and/or camera footage is urged to contact the Wilson County Sheriff's Office at 615-444-1459.
