Default Hey DAB...(shop stuff)
I'm selling a house to a friend/client. Beautiful place on 70 acres. (awesome house, barns, pond, creek, bridge, greenhouse, fruit and nut trees, etc...)
And the sale includes this woodworking equipment. Most is Grizzly. All in impeccable condition with original manuals, etc.

My buyer is no woodworker and I will probably have the opportunity to purchase it all.

Since I'm buying a 22 acre parcel and building a home and barn, I figure maybe I'll go ahead and make plans to add a wood shop in the building or an additional shop building.

Not sure what it's worth but I know it is not cheap.

I figured you would appreciate these pics.

Yes. I committed to the anointing 11 acre parcel. I actually want more but I’m going to close on the 22 and consider additional acreage later.
