When I say "They will call it The Second Civil War", I'm commenting on the naming of things, not the actual thing being named. It is a comment on liberal spin, not a comment on the potential for an actual armed conflict. I'm not talking about people rising up and taking up arms against the government. IMHO the gun debate isn't what got him re-elected. Free phones or the promise of free phones got him re-elected.

sell to an FFL holder or a non-FFL holder, but you, the seller must be an FFL

as required by law. The buyer can be an FFL holder store or a non-FFL holder
everyday Joe.

Really pretty sure this isn't the case. Federal law would have to be changed, can't do that with an executive action. An executive order would take into account current law, and executive actions can't usurp current federal law. Sure, he can try, but it won't go anywhere.
