Obama hit on the right thing to do, to partner with Russia and others on this very limited thing, getting rid of ISIS. Unfortunately, he can't seem to get that done (incompetence, or maybe lack of trying?). Maybe President Trump will put that coalition together and we can address the problem, once and for all, January 20, 2017.
