And aside from that isn’t there scientific study that suggests the human body is more balanced when consuming a certain amount of animal fat?

I have a slightly different view: If God didn't want us to eat animals, why did he make them out of meat?

For some reason, the vegan folks don't want to answer that question.

Not too keen on the subject since I'm an omnivore but according to what little I've read there are quite a few vitamins and nutrients in meat that other natural foods don't provide in quantities sufficient to sustain a healthy life. Vegetarians either ingest these things using supplemental pills bought off the shelf or die a slow miserable death.
