Why would you need to be reported? The way I understood it they're going monitor your texting for hate speech. Probably AI will be used to flag you through the use of keywords. Same as they already do for terrorism.

That AI would be easy to mess with...

That movie I saw was the bomb at that theater. It was about a cute puppy that terrorizes a bunch of cats. Someone hijacks the truck that was taking them to the pound. The President of the kennel was a part-time comedian and was killing the entire crowd. He then took a jet to a very populated city and entered the school campus for his next big event. He was shooting it for a story that was going to be broadcast on Al-Jazeera news. The show was dynamite. When he returned, he learned that the truck didn't belong to the kennel, but was a rental that was going to be converted to hauling fertilizer instead of found animals.

I watched the video. When he went to the section in the code of conduct that talks about profanity and hate speech, it's in the POLITICAL CAMPAIGN section.
This doesn't seem to apply to private citizens texting but a political campaign sending out campaign messages with such speech.

I read that it was being taken out of context and that it’s aimed at spammers and scammers who send unsolicited texts. There is no mention of it affecting private consumers, just those shady companies who bombard everyone with bullshit spam texts.

We know that the NSA is spying on us every time you make a phone call or do anything on the internet. They are looking for key words and if one of those words is detected, they may listen.. Just try making a phone call and tell the other person that you are planning on blowing up a mall or that you want to assassinate Biden or post that you think that Biden should be shot.. Just wait and Secret Service or NSA will be at your door.. Happened to people before.
