mornin yawl

late start this day but back to the property to do a little work it is.

the electric company has staked out and will be installing primary underground powerline in the next week or so. already have water on site and will have power soon.

now I need my mason contractor to show up and build the foundation for the house. hope to have a finished slab in place and begin the framing after the holidays.

Input shaft yes, main shaft not yet as don't know a spec for the mesh between it and input shafy. Have the old shims but not sure how useful they are since input shaft bearings were wasted. I sent msg to guy who rebuilds them. Might have to take an educated guess.

Nothing but light rain since lunchtime here Mike. Most of the rain fell overnight but never hard rain. It's just raining enough to be annoying now and won't stop. Bear is fit to be tied as he hates the rain.
Wife took him out last night and didn't use an umbrella.. He got mad and tried to get under her raincoat. Lol.
