That's great! Good for you, hmm, tiling? Do you make house calls err ice cream bus calls?

Hmm shooting, that might help release some stress

'Morning Bobby and all early risers. I'm heading out to shampoo the engine compartment on the 62 this morning if it doesn't rain, otherwise I'll be working on it in the cramped garage like yesterday. I hate working on a dirty motor, and I've been neglecting the poor thing for a few year..

Breaky ....fresh blueberries, banana, grapefruit, and of course. What's on your menu???

Rob. I need to clean my engine bay too. What do you use? I used to use Gunk. Spray on wash off. Not sure if this is environmentally the best choice now days. Enjoy your breakfast.

Hey to Laurie and Alan

And to the rest of you bar hoppers

I usually take mine to the car wash after the motor is warm I use an engine degreaser and let it sit for about 10 minutes they rinse, depending on how much crud you may have to do it more than once, once it's clean it pretty easy to keep that way. My old F350 Diesel was covered in crud from lack of care so that's what I did and a motor leak I had for years was easy to spot. Good luck Robbie.

I have a can of Gunk and some throttle body cleaner for the carb. BUT after I had a good look at the 52 year old electrics and spotting a couple of firewall grommets that are missing.....I decided not to power wash it.

That was the plan. Take it to the power spray car wash just down the road, spray it warm, let it sit, spray it off. But I think I'll do it the piece by piece way so I don't do any damage to anything, like a 5o year old voltage regulator you can't buy anymore! Had a nice drive instead....lots of looky-loos for sure out on a nice day like today.

Cooked up some apples with butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. Poured that over fresh, homemade waffles. Topped with fresh whipped cream and accompanied with bacon. Was delicious.
