It really isn't that difficult. Look around you at the race riots that are on the verge of happening around this country. Look at half of the population living off of handouts. Look at the class wars that he is trying his best to create. That is what destabilization looks like.

1. he will be in protective custody before & during the trial

2. all the evidence can be presented, in a court setting (media can't make-things-up anymore)

3. if found not-guilty of murder; then he's criminally cleared...

Filing charges, especially 2nd degree murder are unwarranted, and it screams the Obama administration is just pandering to its base. A grand jury? Sure, maybe, and IF the grand jury found that charges were warranted, I'd be 100% behind their decision. But when one person kills another - and the deceased had no weapons, there will probably be a court trial.

In the court room... CNN, MSNBC, NBC, CBS, & ABC cannot fake evidence anymore. In the long run, it's probably best for Zimmerman.
