Since when is Taxed Enough Already...you know not spending more than you can afford an extremist idea? I mean even you practice much of what they preach. When you were house shopping in the keys, were you considering 50million dollar private islands, or homes on existing islands that you could afford? Same concept, just a bigger platform.

Although I guess I would agree with you that libtards are drinking already. I'd be drowning my concerns, worries, and hipocracies away too if I held their beliefs.

Both personal income and corporate taxes are at some of the lowest historical points since before WW2. The problem is the talking heads on Fox feed bullshit to the loons watching that crap that somehow this isn't the case.

Rich people pay others to go out and lie that somehow making them pay more will cause the economy to collapse. The top tax bracket in the 1950's and 1960's was 90%. Guess what, the economy, middle class and stock market BOOMED during that time.

Half truths and clip facts have diluted your brain.

Oh and nice job getting rid of the last non Christian republican in the house. The party of inclusion is now just a bunch of old white people. Good luck winning a national election with that.

Hillary probably cracked open a bottle of champagne with breakfast this morning.
Nothing "extreme" about a free market capitalist and a limited government constitutionalist. What's comical is far left whack jobs call anyone who doesn't agree with their screwed up views as extremists, it's the other way around.

Ted Cruz a loon?

Quote:
Cruz then attended Harvard Law School, graduating magna cum laude in 1995.While at Harvard Law, Cruz was a primary editor of the Harvard Law Review, and executive editor of the Harvard Journal of Law and Public Policy, and a founding editor of the Harvard Latino Law Review. Referring to Cruz's time as a student at Harvard Law, Professor Alan Dershowitz said, "Cruz was off-the-charts brilliant.

Before being elected, Ted received national acclaim as the Solicitor General of Texas, the State’s chief lawyer before the U.S. Supreme Court. Serving under Attorney General Greg Abbott, Ted was the nation’s youngest Solicitor General, the longest serving Solicitor General in Texas, and the first Hispanic Solicitor General of Texas. In private practice in Houston, Ted spent five years as a partner at one of the nation’s largest law firms, where he led the firm’s U.S. Supreme Court and national Appellate Litigation practice.
Ted has authored more than 80 U.S. Supreme Court briefs and argued 43 oral arguments, including nine before the U.S. Supreme Court. During Ted’s service as Solicitor General, Texas achieved an unprecedented series of landmark national victories, including successfully defending:

U.S. sovereignty against the UN and the World Court in Medellin v. Texas;
the Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms;
the constitutionality of the Texas Ten Commandments monument;
the constitutionality of the words “under God” in the Pledge of Allegiance;
the constitutionality of the Texas Sexually Violent Predator Civil Commitment law; and
the Texas congressional redistricting plan.

The National Law Journal has called Ted “a key voice” to whom “the [U.S. Supreme Court] Justices listen.” Ted has been named by American Lawyer magazine as one of the 50 Best Litigators under 45 in America, by the National Law Journal as one of the 50 Most Influential Minority Lawyers in America, and by Texas Lawyer as one of the 25 Greatest Texas Lawyers of the Past Quarter Century.

From 2004-09, he taught U.S. Supreme Court Litigation as an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Texas School of Law.
Prior to becoming Solicitor General, he served as the Director of the Office of Policy Planning at the Federal Trade Commission, as Associate Deputy Attorney General at the U.S. Department of Justice, and as Domestic Policy Advisor on the 2000 Bush-Cheney campaign.

Ted graduated with honors from Princeton University and with high honors from Harvard Law School. He served as a law clerk to Chief Justice William Rehnquist on the U.S. Supreme Court. He was the first Hispanic ever to clerk for the Chief Justice of the United States.
The freak show is all yours from Obama to this nut job.

Like the bad peddling, no Tea Party candidate is winning.

No it wasn't because nobody ever paid those rates because of the write offs.

So using your ignorant logic, we should raise the taxes so the economy booms!

I can not fathom WHY the TEA party types/groups just don't register as some company doing what ever.......get a tax license to keep the banks happy, and just don't report ANY PROFIT~~~ most new businesses show no profit, so what else is new???

WTF is so hard over that??? seems like none of them are actual factual business folks.....

out of his business, how much % does JCool pay in taxes, and of what TYPE of taxes???? I bet he pays less than ten grand in Fed Income Tax.....

He isn't a congressman.
Technically, Congress includes both the Senate and the House of Representatives.

Thus, any member of Congress may be referred to accurately as a Congressman, although it is even more accurate to specifically refer to a member of the Senate as Senator.

Thus endeth the lesson.

Joecooool, as a remedial homework assignment, I'd like you to define the Bill Of Rights, and describe in your own words why each and every one of them should be protected.

Nope. He doesn't come back to the same fight. Just kicks the chess pieces over, shits on the board, and declares himself victor.
