me, older,fat and just dont want to go to the gym and be that guy i used to laugh at when i was younger. also used to say to everyone that i would never let myself go like that.

Gosh!! i started shaking thinking when will he drop the weights on him! No one spotting him at all? So brave!
and yes for all those people who can and just sit on their couch... let this be inspiring! Move your rusted bones, walk and be active in any way you can.
