The wolf has somehow convinced the sheep that the sheepdog is the dangerous one and that he must be removed.

Wonder what will happen when they release the body cam videos of the George Floyd arrest and find out that George was asking them to put him on the ground because he couldn't breathe. They had him in the car at one point, but he was basically demanding to lay down on the ground. He had stuffed a baggy of fentynol up his poop chute and it broke.

I was aware of all of that except the last part. Won't that be an interesting twist. Shame on those officers for making him hide his drugs there.

He probably did end up dying of a fentanyl overdose, combined with the meth, pot, and then the physical exertion of struggling with the cops. Having said that, this is like the law school scenario:

Guy jumps off tall building to commit suicide. Halfway down, a guy is cleaning his gun and accidentally shoots the falling jumper on the way down. Jumper dies of a heart attack before reaching the pavement.

Would the jumper have died anyway? Yes. Is the negligent shooter responsible for the death? Also yes.

The thing is, the cop was waaaay overcharged, especially if the lethal fentanyl dose is proven, which I suspect it will be.

I would say his only culpability here was a failure to stop and render aid. Once St. Floyd pissed himself and stopped moving, that should have been the signal to back off and see if he was OK. I get that lots of thugs say they can't breaf. If you watch old episodes of Cops, you see at least one suspect each episode make that very claim. It must get old to hear daily. Having said that, I bet captured suspects pissing themselves after being handcuffed is a fairly rare occurrence.
