Default Do I have a valid claim? [Vaginal Mesh class action lawsuit]
So I was just watching a commercial that said if I was using a vaginal mesh and it slipped, causing injury, I may be entitled to compensation.

Here's the story.

I was given a sample of a vaginal mesh by a former girlfriend, who used to pass out free samples as a pharmaceutical rep. She had had some leftovers, which wound up in a box in my garage after we split up.

I found them when I was rummaging around for some rechargeable C cell batteries for my current girlfriend's vibrator (I'm going out of town for a couple of weeks and I want her to be happy).

So anyhoo, I was using one of them stretched out like a little hammock on my workbench as a testicle rest, to support my extra-large balls when I'm standing up for extended periods of time doing woodworking projects. I was using them last night for this purpose (it felt good to take that weight load off my lower back) when it slipped and I felt a painful snap as it released its energy right on my fellas. The thing then catapulted itself right into my shop heater which promptly incinerated it.

According to the commercial, if I am a victim who has the following problems as a result of "wearing" a vaginal mesh that has slipped, with the following issues, I may be entitled to compensation:

- Severe pain (check)
- Infection (not yet, but give it time... there is some swelling)
- Vaginal scarring (not yet, but I'm thinking I should go see my ex and KHITB for this mishap, which I blame on her)
- Mesh erosion or disintegration (check)
- Pain during sexual intercourse (check)


So, do I have a case?

So this gut mesh crap was known back in march of 2013 ....well enough to be made jokes out of......THAT means it was well enough known in MED circles to be an issue......

Enough already, time for some large lawsuits......

Been in touch with countless lawyers, none of them seem useful, just as one small part of a class action thing, witch will take decades to settle up, and I don't have decades.....

SO I get to exist with the pains and crappy effects of the damn mesh....sorry I ever went to the doc about this.....

I would go to a surgeon not affiliated with your current Health care provider.
So what if you got to pay $350 for his opinion?
Medicare will dis-allow most of the charges, and you'll end up paying
half of that, if not even less. If you've already paid into your deductibles,
all the better to do it before the year end.
Get the trouble fixed, and worry about lawsuits after.
By the time the lawyers are done, you'll maybe get didley anyway.
