Default Coloring Books
So, has anyone else jumped in on the new coloring book thing? I got one of the coloring books for adults and some colored pencils for Christmas and finally got around to doodling some last night.

Nice, what book is that?

I got into it during my stay in the hospital and I get them out once a week or so for a couple hours, just to relax a bit.

What I want, and I've written to Marvel and DC about this, is uncolored comic books. I figure they need to make double sized black/white versions of iconic comics for people to color...

I have had a similar reaction when I first heard about adult coloring books....I was like

Then I saw it was just things other than disney characters or learning the alphabet

Those are really cool. My daughter got one for Xmas that is marine based. Lots of great artwork in there to color.

I copied a page of the book and colored 1 sea shell before putting it on my file cabinet for "later". That was a month ago. "squirrel"

I used to color with Caitlin when she was little. Then my nieces and nephews.

They'd be long gone for like an hour...I'd still be there coloring. *looks around* Where'd everyone go...???

Got my Dad some books for Christmas since he has trouble getting around and needed a hobby. My niece, who is in 2nd grade, has been helping him colors in his books. After Christmas she got on the phone and requested for Christmas this year she wants some adult coloring books!
