A Barrel of Crude Oil Is Below $55.00 Again

Bought gas at Delta Sonic on Walden/Union on 7-03-15 it was $2.75 but using the Delta Card discount it went down to $2.60 at the pump.

Bad thing about Delta is all 20 pumps are constantly in use. Feel like I'm on a pool table when somebody is break the balls when I drive there.

They been trying to shut down any refineries in Ca. for decades now, certainly NO new ones, so the gas has to be pumper/trucked/RR'd in.....

Not only that but one of the refineries (I think Tessoro?) had a 'fire' so that gave them an ample excuse to jack up the prices.

It's $2.77 with a wash and $2.80 w/o at the Delta Sonic in Orchard Park.

What is it 50 gal/bbl?? so at 50 bux/bbl that's having to be shipped/pumped to the refinery, get ASShole outta the RR and WH, and open the pipeline, it's easier to ship....so maybe 60 bux at the refinery....so by processing and shipping to the stations....maybe what 2 bux/gallon our price.....

If the euro keeps on a weakening path because of the Greek crap the dollar will continue to strengthen which always hurts crude oil prices historically. Bugs the shit outta me personally.

Wife was a book keeper for an independent BP gas outlet, and quick stop shop.....his markup on a gallon was about 7 cents/gallon.....

obviously depended on the store to make $$$, went outta business, as another BP station up the road from him.......it WAS through the phony oil spill bullshit though.....

another client gone.....I"m saying the economy sux and so exampled by her book keeping business, client growth is near nothing, client deaths by going under are KRAZY.....

Oh, and I just filled up at a Shell for $ 2.33/gal (including a $ .10/gal loyalty card discount)

There's a Wendy's/Pilot truck stop a little north of there that is currently at 3.05 for regular, 3.41 for premium. To the south, the Arco at the airport is consistently low also, usually right in line with the Pilot or lower.

I live over in Lake county and sometimes I transport cars from the auction in Sacramento. We know where the cheap gas is, and for years those are the lowest price most of the time.

Yes, our former Gov raised the gas tax .10 a gallon each of 3 out 4 years. We've already had .20 added to our gas tax in the past 2 years.

Then when he was campaigning, he had the balls to say he didn't raise taxes.

This is not a good thing. While supply is up marginally demand globally is going down. And the demand is not down due to new renewable sources. Many major economics are slowing or going into recession.

You would absolutely think the opposite, but look at prices, with the exception of pump prices, everything is still going up. Seeing as everything is related to the petro industry, transportation etc. you would think everything would go down, but it somehow weakens the dollar, and up go the prices. Go figure.....
