So I check my e-mail first thing and I find an e-mail with the FEDEX logo. In it it states :

We apologize, but it seem so, that we not can deliver your package. One of our trucks is burned tonight. In attachment you can find a form for insurance. Please fill it out and send it us urgent, because we must told amount of damage to the Insurance company.

I hope the driver got out safely.

I really have no sympathy for you. Since the first of July I have received 228 unsolicited and unwanted items of SPAM, Hoaxes, Phishing attempts and general garbage into my email inboxes. Since the first of May there have been 733 and thousands since the first of the year. They come from India, Pakistan, China, Brazil, Argentina, Germany, Indonesia and several other countries that are not identified.

SpamCop has been hit by DNS attacks several times since I began making reports to them. So, they must be having some effect. I do notice that as SPAM from one source abates, SPAM from other sources increases.

If you can identify the email addresses on the unsolicited messages you get, here is a list of country codes used on the web;

errm..ummm....a bunch.

Before my first one crapped out it had blocked over 10 million emails over the course of 5 years.

I think the allowed rate was just under 3%. Unreal the amount of spam that is out there.
