Maybe Trump should step in. Remember when Louisiana had a disaster and Obama's FEMA was nowhere to be found, but Trump rolled in with an 18 wheeler full of relief supplies? He could roll in with truckloads of seized Mexican pot and put the proceeds toward the wall.
