There is a Tesla dealer one mile from my house now and I am seeing the icky looking generic white ones all over now. Reminds me when the VW bug had its heyday and they were everywhere. I have about 20 gallons of gas in storage plus full tanks in all my vehicles AND full tanks in two watercraft for when the next hurricane hits and takes out power which can get me over 1,000 miles to safety and locales where the grid is working... No electrons needed.

Not just the cameras but Sentry system is awesome. Find a scratch on your car? No problem. Find out who did it instantly. Same thing if someone unplugs you. Just check sentry mode. I also use the recordings from the side facing cameras from my drag strip passes. Unfortunately, no sound

But if I had to pick my favorite feature on mine, I'd say it's the 1020 HP.

I like the fact that after strip mining all the lithium out of the ground to make the god awful ugly things, the used batteries will contaminate toxic waste dumps for centuries to come. Sort of like the old solar panels that no landfill will take because they leech too many toxic chemicals.

Bunch of gay soyboys virtue signaling "saving the planet". Too stupid to realize that the carbon expenditure was upfront when they strip mined the lithium with diesel bulldozers and that the toxic used batteries will one day compete with used nuclear fuel rods for hazardous waste. They have their noses so high in the air, they cannot see just how ugly the vehicle they are driving is. Technically, the one bright spot of the full self-driving option is that they can keep their eyes closed while the appliance takes them to where they are going so they cannot see normal people laughing at them.

If it's just someone who dented your door by opening theirs, you can use a private investigator for like $200 or so to get you the name and address associated with their license plate. If the car is right beside yours, you will have a record of their license plate (usually). Then you can track them down and ask them to either pay the repair or have their insurance pay. If they refuse, you can take them so small claims court with the video evidence.

If it's just a ding and can be fixed without paint damage, it's probably not worth it but if there is paint damage, fixing Tesla paint is not cheap for it to be done professionally.

In case the car got keyed, it's definitely something to report to law enforcement. I personally would press charges if the person is identified.
