Don't you have a drain in your garage floor?

I have a Yancey Bros. over the hill from me. I'll give them a try.

I bring the DDs to a local garage, I am convinced those guys know what they are doing, so no loss of peace of mind. I still do my own on the 'vette, because the guys don't stock a high zinc oil, and don't want to put oil in that I bring them. I kind of see their point on that.

Always changed oil myself, until a couple of years ago.

Now my wife does it!

I am no longer able to lay on the floor, in fact when I drop something, I consider the worth of the object before bending over!

Not in about the last 10 years I haven't. My kid does it for me. I trust him to do any kind of work on the Vette. He's the one who replaced my valve springs. He built himself a custom vehicle from scratch. Pretty sure he can handle an oil change

I’m not even sure I could open the hood now? I throw money at it until it’s good to go.

I’m pretty sure I know how you drive your cars. 10.5 quarts of synthetic oil, stored inside most of it’s life, even the C7 algorithm will lengthen the oil change out. Bet you are changing at 50% which is a waste of oil.

Yep do all my own, truck and suv I just crawl under, vette and Mustang, I have the 4 post lift. Funny thing on my new truck, it sits so high oil change is nothing, but the filter up top actually requires me to get a step ladder to access it
