Default Needs to better standards for service dogs.

I just stopped at Kroger, and some old nasty fat chick had a "service" dog laid up in the part of the cart where a kid would sit, or you put your bread. She was not blind, crippled, etc. Sorry, but that crap pisses me off. I guess you can buy a service dog vest from Amazon, and put it on any mangy mofo you see fit, then put it in the cart at the grocery store. WTFO?

If you ever worked in a grocery store long enough to see what takes place in that child seat in the cart, you would never place food there.

Use hand sanitizer frequently after handling items in the store, and after leaving the store. These items represent the second-filthiest common things you will ever come in contact with. First place goes to magazines in a doctors waiting room.

Yeah my best friend has an ESA. It allows them to function in a public setting and try to lead a normal life despite the terror they have experienced.

I’m not saying people don’t abuse it but don’t pass judgment too quickly, you never know what someone has experienced.

I should have taken a picture, and I promise, you would be like awww, hell no. I guess so many people abuse it that I have become jaded. There are obviously those people that really need them, and then there are people like the sloth I'm talking about.

This pisses me off so much since I train the hell out of my dog and he's an actual service animal. Hours and hours of work for months/years on end.

I don't even bring him to a lot of places but I like taking him to business meetings. People seem to dig it. Especially the level of obedience. That dog is my bitch. (Please don't tell him I said that...he eyes me when I'm sleeping)

Unless it is a seeing eye dog, it does not belong in the grocery store.

The "service/comfort/animal" thing is abused for sure. Sometimes difficult to tell who is legit.

I have patients that have dogs to alert when they are going to have a seizure, others that can sense when a panic attack is coming on and then of course the seeing eye dogs and those that help my wheelchair bound patients.

As with opioid use, the abusers with make things more difficult for those that have a legitimate need.

Kinda sounds like the standard porn sequence. Consider skipping to the 10 minute mark for this training exercise.

Good point. I’ve been known to hump an attractive couch.

ESA's are a direct byproduct of the coddling that was done for the Millennials. When they realize that they truly aren't special, and the world doesn't owe them a 6-figure job, they get all depressed, so now they need something on a leash to take with them everywhere, just so they can keep their sanity. Grow a fucking pair already. Sorry your parents fucked you up for life. I'm sick of your stupid 100 lb. dog getting on my airplane.
