Big ole oil fire on the grill tonight.

I was making rolled-up breaded chicken breasts with ham and swiss (My version of Cordon Blue, or as my swiss/Canadian SO says "Gore-donn Blew".

Anyway, I had them on a 14" round foil pan, cooking in olive oil, about 4 oz. total oil. Ran in the house for a few minutes to catch up on the volley (frozen tundra)ball competition, wife yells our "BIG FIRE!!!" Must of had a water explosion/splash from the cheese or something. Somehow the oil caught fire.
Good thing I had a watering can close but. Sprinkled the flames, and doused them right away. Chicken got a little blackened and parts had a burnt oil taste. I'll give it a 4 of 10. Edible, but dissappointing outcome, considering all the prep work.

No picks, sorry.
