According to their rules you get a warning then a final warning before getting a holiday. Interestingly you can "buy back" warnings for the sum of $5000.00
Yair I spent most of the afternoon trolling through ALL the rules and regulations and we broke none of their rules. Not a single one in my opinion. However the Mod who first locked and then removed the thread violated their own rules.

nature will be closed/edited or deleted, and any participating members
who post in violation of this rule, will jeopardize their posting
privileges.

If any member is being harassed online in a thread or privately via PM,
they should avoid a confrontation with the offending member and
immediately report the problem to a section Moderator via PM, or by
clicking on the "report post," icon under their user name.

The Moderator will evaluate the issue and take appropriate action to
rectify the situation.

Your cooperation is anticipated and appreciated.

This is where I have an issue with what happened. I never got a 'warning', I only got a 'final warning'. And, for that matter, I quoted Gail's post, added 1 word to it, and added the

to it, and got a 'final warning', whereas Gail only got a 'warning'. Not that I feel Gail or any of us deserved a 'final warning', but it seems to me that their 'rules' are being unfairly applied.

Laurie...I'm telling you...they make rules up as they go along. The only thing to do is to move everyone over here. IB has already noticed that traffic on CF has dropped off.

With this "online conflict" definition, they can basically claim whatever you're saying is "negative" in nature.

My thread was NOTHING about tuktuk and got a whole bunch of us in trouble because she put her nose in it. Craziness.

Very true. bluec5kitten and entropy didn't get any kind of warning at all. Not that they should have, but they posted in the thread, too.

The night before (19th) there was a thread of how Mr Hole got his name which is still alive and has far worse comments than the Iron Chef thread. Just goes to show that Cor08vette is not impartial and has an axe to grind with certain members of that forum. Either that or someone has something on him and he is scared of her.
