Pandora bracelet you say...I will check into that one, thanks!

Well, we talked about it last night. She mentioned we have been talking about stuff we wanted as a couple for 6 months now and we are going to go splurge this evening on US. First nice dinner at Bonefish Grill, (my idea) then to Lowes to get a new dishwasher and garbage disposal (Her idea) then to WalMart to get a new 40" TV (sort of OUR idea). So thats what we will do. kids are at a friends house in Myrtle Beach until tomorrow, which is our real anniversary but we will stay home with the kids and watch movies like we usually do on fridays. Took care of 'bedroom stuff' this morning, and maybe again tonight. Thanks for all the suggestions.

This is where people make mistakes.... waiting till the last minute to purchase a gift. My parents are the worst to buy for so all year long I keep an ear out for when they say something they like, want, or need and write it down. When the time comes I have a list of things to pick from. Does your wife like jewelry, purses, shoes? If so, why not buy one of those that she has been looking for?

Honestly I would not attempt to buy her a purse or shoes jsut because I dont know for sure what she would like. Jewlery is always a good one though, I need to snoop through her jewlery box and see if she has any birthstone stuff I dont know about. Thanks.

I would recommend keeping a piece of paper in your wallet to jot ideas down on for the future. Trust me if it's one thing I know, women always make comments about things they want, need and like.
BTW, I like chocolate.

Ah, this is sounding more like it. I'm thinking maybe a short throw shifter for my Camaro and a new shift knob.

Oh wait....OP, does your wife have a Camaro?

Even $200 * 2 isn't going to cover this.

Sounds like a good his/her evening, though!

Happy Anniversary!!!

Yeah it was more like $2000 but it was what WE wanted so we did have a good time. We dont spend much money most of the time so we like to just splurge every once in a while. If nothing else my wife is smart and is financally responsible. Did I mention her degree is in Finance?
