entertaining people in a Peruvian circus, contrary to law. The circus spent 8 months on the run from Animal Defenders International (ADI), but ADI located him and moved him to Florida. Watch as his paws feel grass for the first time in his life:

Nice story but that tiger looked really thin when they rescued him. I think a few of his "keepers" would have made a nice meal for Hoover.
