With all this on the news, my wife don't want any part of flying out to DFW this summer to see a old friend/wife of mine for 50 years now....

so I dunno how we going to do that....maybe drive....may as well see New Orleans on the way....

maybe stop off in Branson Mo.....

because I hate to drive transcontinental, long BORING drive....

Branson is fun, you should do it. I know what your wife means though. My wife wanted to go to Vegas this past year. I said hell no, I ain't flying. But I did fly back from Texas when I sold my C4.

Gotta have priorities.

We flipped out to see my sis in Santa Fe. NM and drove to see the GC but ran outta time so no Vegas....like to see the joint some day....but we have this motor home she dreams of driving I don't see how, with ten buck gas....
I been fixing on it for 2 years now, had a fresh engine in it, and so it's FORTY years old, and so I rebuilt it all, inside and out...so it's looking like we screwed on that one also....

Heck I've got a 19 ft camper I can't seem to justify pulling anywhere. Unless you're staying somewhere for a week it's cheaper to drive and get a hotel.
