For your arguments to even make sense, Trump has to be the slick conman, and both Fortune 50 banks AND New York appraisal districts, have to be run by hicks that just fell off the turnip truck. Is that what you're saying? Trump got over on banks and appraisal districts because all those people are incompetent rubes? Makes me wonder what's going on with the tax appraisals on the Empire State building, the Chrysler building, and the former Twin Towers. Was the same kind of fraud committed by those owners? You failed to answer the question. Is Trump entitled to reimbursement for years of grossly overpaid property taxes on Mar-a-Lago? It's a simple question.

And if you can answer the question, and the answer is yes, does the taxing authority in FL need to face consequences for their actions in grossly overcharging Trump?

The judge's knowledge that Mar-a-Lago is worth $ 18M is the final decision on value.
