Sushi. My wife and I have an expensive sushi habit.

My Dad left me some money in an IRA when he passed, a proverbial "stretch IRA". I bought 700 shares of SPY, and 100 shares of AAPL with the money, and left it alone. I now get about $10,000 in RMD funds each year that I spend on Christmas presents and sushi. It's amazing what little pieces of raw fish on a lump of rice costs, but I figure, what the hell? Dad's paying the bill.

Love the unagi. Uni is my favorite. Takes some getting used to. Doesn’t stay fresh very long. If it has even a slight ammonia smell, send that shit back. Salmon roe - ikura - is also a favorite.

Super white tuna is my favorite. Best fresh sashimi. Yum! Also like the Americanized stuff too.
