Congrats! Keep playing and practicing your short game. You'll break 90 sooner that way.

Take your pitching wedge in your yard and practice 15' - 120' shots and get really good with those. Judging the distance and feel of those shots is huge.
Getting close enough to putt in is the key and ymy wedge is what really helped me.

That being said, I sill suck. I dislike the game and don't play it anymore.

Sadly, I'm finding that golf is the universal language of the executive with nothing better to do. I may have to take it back up...

Really wish these guys appreciated auto racing.

My golfing style is zig-zag or how many empty Bacardi minis does it take to rattle when the golf cart turns. On second thought, a combo of both.

Guy I used to work with had a rule that he had to start the round with as many beers in his cooler as clubs in his bag. He would spend more in the bar to stock up on beer than what his greens & cart fee was

Hey, even after playing for 8 years or so I can post a > 100 round. Sometimes shit happens. Keep a good attitude and don't let a bad hole ruin the rest. Oh, and make putts, hit driver straight and long, have a really tight short game and always hit your approach shots tight. It's really quite easy.
