Ok guys and gals, Kerbeck T4T event is next weekend (10/10), who is going up?

Ok, I actually have to time off, and get to go to an event and no one is going?

Where's the event located? I'm hopping in a car and driving up to NH tonight :willy_nilly:, so I'm not gunna be able to attend

I'm going to be at VIR this weekend, and going to Charlotte next weekend for the NASCAR race.

The ballpark across from Kerbeck's in Atlantic City New Jersey.

WHEW...what a rush. for those who have not done it before, if you are not too timid, you should try it.

Here is what happens, you gather together with about a thousand or so if your closest friends.

Then the Atlantic City Police


And New Jersey State Police


Shut down the Atlantic City expressway so everyone can make their way to the ballpark across from Kerbeck's. At this point it is like La Mans, and as long as no one does anything stupid and is safe, it is..."have fun time"

Sorry I have no pictures of my run, averaging a buck fifty I thought it better I concentrate on driving then snapping pictures.

I will say this though...I stopped at 162 with the vert having more to give, and traveling that fast with the top and windows down was a RUSH!

It is also a turn-on to pass a state trooper doing 155 and him clocking you, and then just waves at you.

As you get off the expressway and wait in a line of Vettes look out your windshield and see nothing but Vettes,and wonder just how many Vettes...then look in your driver's side & rear view and see even more.






Then you notice something and say "Wait a tick...two lines"



From there we all gave out toy donations to a couple nice young Marines


And a huge hand goes out cause we Vette peeps collected a LOT of toys for that tots

(there were more toys I was not able to get a good shot of)
And see this in your passenger side view

That is just cool as hell man! Plus it's for a really great cause. I have GOT to do this next year.

After the fed up some sammiches, and some music and door prizes, we all headed off into the Sunset
























This is after about 1/3 or so already left the ballpark.

I have to admit it was not all about helping out the kids though...we did have a little fun while we were there.
Stayed at the Tropicana where I did spend my fair share of time and money in the casino


We had a great view, we could not see the beach, but we could see the cars from our room


And from the top of the parking deck we could also see the ballpark


and was not that far of a walk from the Boardwalk


On the ride home, I decided to cram in with some other people


and take the Cape May-Cape Lewes Ferry home.


Although I was a little close to the edge


Unfortunately I lost a good chunk of my mod money and the only thing I did bring back was a friggin cold.

Joe great pics Didnt get any pictures but got one hell of a good video done from inside of my car. I topped out at 156 before I had to slow down before i caught up to the crowd going thru the toll. I agree with you what a rush!!!! Already planning on going next year!! If anyone has thought about going and have not you need to go!! It is a great time and for a great cause!
