My advice is, step away from the tools and car and let the pro's take care of it.

Years ago mechanics wrote the manuals.

Now lawyers do.

This should not have been as difficult for you.

All they had to do was re-route the brake lines a bit.
A/C car huh??

Yep. A/C in a 67 Vette is a must where I live (Deep South). Too bad that on the hottest days you can't use it because it causes the engine to overheat.

NFW! I did the job for less than $1. Dealer wanted $10 for the bulb and $60 to put in in; with tax that makes $75 to replace a bulb.

It scored 98 at Kissimmee Regional, but I'm not really interested in judging and car shows. To me they're boring and a waste of time. You set your car up for display, and then you're trapped there for the rest of the day. Don't me to degrade your qualifications at all. Just not my interest. I'm the azzhole who drives my Vette to the local shows to look at the other cars.

BTW, I do have the tank sticker for the yellow one. Also own a 67 SB with AT, A/C, etc., 46K miles, just a good, solid dependable car, original everything except for one repaint.

Yep, I love the oddball cars, too. I'll never forget passing up a 67 BB with A/T and A/C in the 80s because the owner wanted $21K...too high, I thought.

Sounds like the early C4's where you either had to be a midget contortionist to reach through the license plate hole or damned near remove the entire rear bumper to get to the tail lamp lens covers. I think they finally added bolts to the lenses in 1991.

In fact I'm hoping you're adopting so you can leave me the car.

That Vette has some serious swag going on!
