Well I do run to codes but I do not push crash carts. The most pushing I ever do is when I do compressions on people.

I had a nurse ask me once about breaking a patients ribs. I said do the pros and cons.... pro you have a broken rib that can heal and you are alive.... con you don't have any broken ribs but you are dead and don't care. I then asked her how many broken ribs she would like.

I thought they were there mostly for theft deterrent. Not sure what a 102 year old man is gonna do. They will move them to cashiers.

On another note, I am at the hospital all the time and nobody has ripped my clothes off yet.

Back when WalMart first started having greeters, they actually smiled and greeted people.

For the past 20 years or so, I've never seen a "greeter" that tried to make me feel that I had been greeted.

Their purpose is apparently not needed... at least as far as I'm concerned.

I remember the TV ads showing all these happy, helpful greeters.
The one and only time I went to WallyWorld, the greeter was a grumpy old bastard that stood there and scowled at people as they entered the store.
