Yes! Superbowl and snacks
For the first time in three years, I am off for Superbowl. I am thinking about having a few friends over and wondered what kind of snacks everyone has on hand. So, what say you VBOT any different snacks you make or have other than the normal standard ones?

I'm going to buy one of those 7 layer dip things and taco bowl shaped chips thingies.
I'm also going to back to the bar I was at last night and get a few pounds of their buffalo wings dry with something they call spicy butter sauce. |

I've got a killer onion rye bread recipe that I make into a round, hollow out the middle, keep the innards pieces for dipping and fill the bowl with dill dip.
What time should I be there? |

Usually (have a stockpile of all items),
Wings broiled first, then in a crock pot in Buffalo sauce to keep warm. Little smokies in Sweet Baby Ray BBQ sauce, also in a crock pot. Potato Chips. Pretzels. Salsa and Southwest dip w/Lime chips. Old World Wi. Natural casing smoked sausage, Beef & Garlic. Aged 2 weeks at room temp. This stuff is better than the best Genoa. |

No steak GI!!! Shoulda just posted it to begin with.
2 blocks cream cheese 2 cans chunk white chicken drained 1 16 oz. package shredded sharp cheddar 1 cup ranch dressing 1 bottle of Frank's or Texas Pete Buffalo wing sauce Brand of hot sauce is your choice of course, and I think the chicken is in a 12 oz. can. They're bigger than tuna cans. Let the cream cheese sit out for an hour or so to soften up (just makes things easier) Put in an oven safe bowl with lid. Add ingredients in bowl essentially in order shown, it really doesn't make a whole lot of difference. Stir it up really well, it will be kind of an orange color when mixed up. Put it in the oven at 350 f for an hour with lid on. Remove, let cool so it doesn't burn the skin off your lips, and serve with your favorite chips. It's good stuff!!! |

As long as you are wishing for steak, wish for this.
I'm going to put on my helmet and sit by the phone just in case, but rye bread with dill dip is the schnizzle for SuperBowl! |
