Veal Breast. Any good cooking ideas?
I picked up a full veal breast at my butchers shop. Had it cut into three nice pieces. Not sure of the weights but likely around 5lbs. ea.?
I'm thinking, throw one on the smoker, slow cook it basting every hour, then make my infamous Burnt Ends? (Reduced,..... Barbecue sauce, Coke, Worcestershire Sauce, Kosher salt, pepper, garlic powder, beef stock, brown sugar, butter, honey.) Any secret recipes tips or advice??? |
