I can find no official statement from AB or anyone associated with them about this. Nor can I find any statement from them saying this is not true. If they do not file a cease and desist order against the freak then they are part of the problem.

Agreed. I think the problem is, if you pander to one segment of society you can’t draw that line in the sand and refuse another.
